Emergency Services
The program is designed to assist individuals who are experiencing short-term financial difficulties or those who are in crisis due to such things as age, disability, mental and/or medical condition. Based on availability of funds, assists may be made for a variety of items including:
- Food
- Gas
- Utilities/fuel
- Rental assistance- EVICTION
- Medication
- Transportation
- Clothing Assists
- Personal Hygiene Items
ALL Individuals are required to come into the PARS Office and complete a one on one comprehensive application and meet income guidelines to participate in the different programs. Individuals are required to show some form of Identification and must be able to communicate identifying information for themselves and all other people in their household. During the in-take process individuals are also told about other programs and/or services that may be available to further assist an individual work towards self sufficiency.
