Thanksgiving and Christmas Holiday Feast applications are now available!

You can pick up an application at the PARS office or from the outdoor tote near our entrance. You may also download an application here and email the completed form to pars.assistance@midconetwork.com.

Not sure if you qualify? Please review our Holiday Meal Income Guidelines to see whether your household is eligible.

Applications are limited and will be accepted on a first-come, first-served basis, so we encourage you to apply early!
